A few things to know before your visit.

Do I need to leave a deposit?
First-time clients and higher-value treatments require a deposit to book. It is applied to your final bill and is refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, or for a missed appointment, the deposit is retained.
Which languages do you speak?
We work in English, Russian, and Georgian.
I am new — where should I start?
Every journey begins with The Glacial Assessment: an in-depth consultation, skin analysis and ClinicCare facial used to build your bespoke treatment plan. It is required before booking any advanced treatment.
How do I pay?
Deposits are paid securely by card online. The balance can be settled in the studio.
